Brief Answer:
Seen the report
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Your report shows the following:
- iron normal
- Raised indirect bilirubin is suggestive of some breakdown of red blood cells, maybe anemia due to thalassemia, etc. Can be confirmed with special test like HPLC for thalassemia
- High SGOT, SGPT suggestive of some liver problem
- Triglycerides are very raised. Other lipid parameters are just mildly deviated and these can be ignored. Diet restrictions of reducing foods like cheese, butter, ghee, etc. Regular exercise is also needed. Medicines can also be helpful but you have liver problem so I will not recommend medicines for you.
- Hypothyroidism is there. You need to take thyroid supplement. Are you already taking any thyroid medicine?
- Kidneys are fine
- Blood sugar deranged. Are you taking any medicine for diabetes?
- Bigger platelets are seen. Is there any problem with bone marrow? Is there any deficiency of folate or B12 vitamins. These need further testing.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
