Question: helllo l want to know what it means if sperm comes out without sex and without mo emotional feelings

Thanks for query .

The sperms coming out from urethra without sex that you have mentioned is in reality not sperms but it is a thick mucus secreted by mucus secreting glands located in Bulbar part of urethra .what is called as Precum .

This can be confirmed by microscopic examination of this secretion which will reveal that there are no sperms in it.

In some individual this secretion is triggered even without any audio or visual stimuli .
