Hello Doctor, I Am Using Itraconazole 100mg Twice , Cetrizine

Question: Brief Answer:
Discontinue the itraconazole tablet
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The red rashes seem to be allergy to itraconazole. Can you upload a photo of the rash so that I am better able to help? Is the rash itchy?
If your body is reacting to itraconazole, then it will possibly react to other anti-fungals of this class as well. Kindly discontinue oral anti-fungals.
After discontinuation, watch your rash for 2-3 days. Meanwhile continue cetirizine as it is antiallergic. Apply luliconazole only on fungal rash.
Drink lots of water. Drinking water should be very low PPM.
If the rash doesnot improve then further management can be done by doctor.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
