Hello and thank you for answering my question. It started about two weeks ago. I am passing hard stools through constipation. The doctor didn't prescribe any medication until we had results just for nausea only. On Friday when I went back he gave me a shot for pain in my lower back. He said to come in two weeks and see how I feel. If not feeling any better he would do an exam on my stomach and pelvic

Brief Answer:
Stool softener, PPI, Ibuprofen, probiotics. Repeat urine test.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The symptoms that you have mentioned look to be more related to Gastrointestinal system - bloating, swelling, nausea, feeling full, and constipation.
Symptomatic treatment for this would help you:
Take a stool softener or laxative to suit your requirement of having normal stool, help with bloating. Continue the medication for nausea, may help for feeling full.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole.
All these may help for pelvic pain and low back ache.
You have to take Ibuprofen three times a day to relieve pain.
Repeat the urine test to see whether it shows blood.
Probiotics.

If these measure do not help much then you may need further clinical evaluation, examination and investigations:
Stool test.
Tests of blood: CBC, liver, kidney and thyroid function. Blood sugar and so on as needed.
Repeat urine examination.
X-ray of abdomen in standing position and Ultrasound to start with.

All these things will help further to know the cause of your problems and have proper management of the symptoms.

I hope this answer helps you.
Please feel free to give feedback after doing all these things as mentioned and ask for further relevant queries.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
It is bit odd for me to know that you are taking Propanolol for heart palpitations as this is usually not the case in Hypothyroidism.
Heart palpitations usually are present in Hyperthyroidism that is when your thyroid is over-working or when the dose of Levothyroxine may be affecting the heart.
Or you have some heart problem that needs to clinically evaluated by a Cardiologist, investigated well and thus treated accordingly.
All these suggestions are as per the history you have been giving.

Removal of gall bladder may cause bloating, gases if one takes excess oily foods. Watch for the foods and beverages that cause symptoms and stop these altogether.

Please post latest thyroid function test reports.
