Question: hello, I had my annual blood work and my globulin is 1.9 and my a/g ratio is 2.7 all other results normal. I had a cortisone shot 6 weeks ago and take a stain. My albumin is 4.8 total cholesterol ins 147 ldl 72, hdl 62 tri 65.

Globulin level of 2.2 and 1.9 do not have much difference.
Moreover investigations done on two different occasional do show some variation.
There is nothing to worry since albumin and A:G ratio are normal.
