I currently have a clip on the toenail which is lifting it up slightly
Brief Answer:
Seek medical attention at the earliest
Detailed Answer:
I have checked the attached images. The nail is in a pretty bad shape and I would strongly insist you not to try to do anything yourself. Please visit a hospital at the earliest and get it managed. There is some inflammation associated and that too needs to be taken care of. You need to apply some topical antibiotic like neosporin ointment.

Neosporin isn't available in my country, are there any alternatives I can use?
Brief Answer:
Any
Detailed Answer:
You can feel free to apply any topical antibiotic that is available in your country. It should be available over the counter and should not be a problem.
