Question: hello, I take 20 mg of generic prozac once daily, last night while hanging out with some old friends I made the mistake if taking 3-4 bumps of crank (methamphetamine) it was not very potent stuff, none the less I know it was stupid. my last "bump" was 6 hours ago. my question is should I be worried about serotonin syndrome? because of the crank and prozac? I use to take lexapro and have done crank with that but never with Prozac. my heart rate is elevated but I think that's because of my anxiety worried about serotonin syndrome. I got up this morning ate breakfast and drank Gatorade. thank you very much for your help

Prozac 20 is a very low dose and no need to get worried for that. There is no need to get worried for serotonin syndrome for as of now.

But please avoid taking Methamphetamine totally in near future.
