Brief Answer:
Pancreatitis possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you may be suffering from pancreatitis. It is inflammation of the pancreas.
It has this typical pain in abdomen which radiates to the back and gets worse after eating. Alcohol may be a cause of it.
You may need to test the pancreatic enzymes amylase and lipase and also do glucose tolerance test and an abdominal ultrasound.
Stopping alcohol and smoking can help as well as a low fat diet.
Fluids administration may be needed and pancreatic enzymes too.

Hope I have answered the question.

Hi there, thank you for your answer, but I have some more information on it. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, also I do not eat any thing fatty at all, because don't want to eat. Can pancreatitis last for 6 months long, I mean pain from that, because it doesn't go away at all , only when I take some pain medicine. Thanks for your advise.

Brief Answer:
Chronic pancreatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think it can be chronic pancreatitis since it doesn't get better and pain lasts for long.
Some other causes can cause chronic pancreatitis such autoimmune disease or blocked pancreatic duct.
Taking pain medications can help you with pain. Also surgery can be an option which you can discuss with a surgeon..

Thanks again for your time. But may I ask for another question? Can it be a pancreatic cancer? What signs should I look to not be late with diagnose? Is there specific symptoms can say it is cancer? Thanks again for your time

Brief Answer:
More likely pancreatitis than cancer.

Detailed Answer:
You are welcome.
There is a possibility of being cancer but it is usually painless and happens in older people than you.
There are the same symptoms of cancer as pancreatitis except pain so it can't be said by symptoms if it is cancer or pancreatitis.
You may need to do an ultrasound and other examinations as needed.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Best regards.
