In my view the basi cause of your wife's problem is her loose motions ...they can result in ...malabsorbtion of nutrients to cause iron,vitamins& protein deficiencies./intestinal infections or infestations/food allergies).resulting into her tiredness.
In this context she needs to get her motion problem investigated& treated.
Also affection of intestinal health causes destruction of Lactobacilli which produce vitamin B complex in our body...&this would cause problems in making of RBCs & anaemia thereafter.
*For actual physical examination, needful investigations&specific advise she should consult a physician.& a gastroenterologist /haematologistas per advise by the physician.
*She should take food light to digest,except for allergic food..
Drink lot of boiled water with ORS to avoid dehydration.
Continue with specific treatment with suppliments advised(may be injectable till her digestion improves.)

Livogen is known to cause loose motions as a side effect.If you are sure that it has started after the drug only...she need not go for stool testing to find out infective agent.
She should take rest.Eat low recidual&easily digestible food like rice with curd,buttermilk.lemon water, light tea with sufficient sugar.black coffee if she can take.
Boiled water & ORS should be continued.I would suggest to continue polybion after her motions are controlled.Till then she can be given few injections of vitamin B.Complex with her treating doctor's approval.
- If it's the side effect ...the motions would stop in a couple of days.
* In case of no relief/ symptoms aggravate..she should be taken to hospital for an I v drip of glucose saline with inj B12 in it.
* I insist to get her blood test for typing of anaemia done ,followed by needful corrective therapy.
