Hello, Can You Tell What These Bumps May Be On

Question: hello, can you tell what these bumps may be on my lips? I've had them over a week. they're is a little redness and a little tingling.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photos you uploaded but they are not very clear and I can't see well the bumps.
If there is redness and tingling together with bumps more probably it can be related to allergies to any food or substances.
You may need to take any antihistamines such benadryl or citerizine to help them being reduced.
Also use ice compresses over them.
Use hydrocortisone cream to reduce them.
