Brief Answer:
Haemorrhoids are common in pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Haemorrhoids are common in pregnancy. The pressure due to enlarging Uterus will cause this.It regresses in some after delivery.
As they are going inside after pushing,it is Grade3.
If bleeding is seen while passing stool, then Surgery has to be done.If there are no symptoms, you can ignore.
Please take plenty of liquids.Take high fiber diet.
Avoid Spicy foods.
Please consult a General surgeon or a Surgical Gastroenterologist and proceed further.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health
Regards
