Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern
This suggests an acute gastro-enteritis. If she is active otherwise and feeding well, nothing to worry.
But, for a more clear picture, I would like get few more details:
1. Is there any fever?
2. Any vomiting or nausea?
3. Does the stools contain blood or mucus?
4. Any pain while passing stools?
5. Anyone else in family having similar illness?
Kindly get back with details, so that I can guide you better
Meanwhile, give her frequent sips of fluids like ORS solution or salted rice water to prevent dehydration. Give around 100 ml after each stools, in small frequent sips

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for the details given
Sorry for the delay, as I was too busy today
Since she do not have any fever and stool is not blood stained, this is probably viral and we need not worry. Just avoid getting dehydrated as mentioned earlier. Also, you can give her Zinc supplementation, which will hasten the recovery. Give Z&D drops(containing 20mg elemental zinc/ml) 1ml once daily for 2 weeks. Also, avoid giving fruits and juices, as these might exacerbate diarrhea.
With these measures, she should be okey in 3-5 days. If not getting better by then, we can evaluate further.
