Thanks for the details.
The amylase level as per the report attached is not significant and you can ignore it. You do not need any medication.
Only when it more than 2 times the upper limit of normal, we take it as significant.
Mild variations can be ignored especially when there are no symptoms.
Moreover, the lipase level which is an allied test is within normal limits.
So you can ignore it.
