Brief Answer:
Topical steroid, anti oxidant, sunscreen

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your complaints and lichen planus pigmentosus is very resistant to treatment and pigmentation doesn’t go off completely.
We can only lighten the pigmentation.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone cream on the dark patches once daily along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen lotion on the entire sunexposed area during the day time.
You can continue with tacrolimus ointment on the affected areas at night.
Also take antioxidant like capsule Antoxid HC once daily.
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
To further lighten the pigmentation you can go for laser sessions.
I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to answer any further questions.

Dr Asmeet
