Brief Answer:
About hormonal causes of excessive bleeding;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone through your concern in details.

The prolactin level you reported is within the normal ranges and does not need treatment.

What I would suggest excluding other hormonal causes i.e:

-TSH, Ft4, and Ft3
-estradiol and progesterone at the 3 days of the menstrual cycle
-ACTH and cortisol at 8.00am.
-Ultrasound of the ovaries and uterus.

It will be a pleasure to assist you further.

Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
