Question: hello doctor, I'm 31years male, I have stomach pain followed by too much burps and nausea. Feeling very uneasy. Morning I took gastric tablet pantocid DSR and after breakfast took enterogemina. stomach pain hasn't come down and frequently passing motions. please suggest. Is it a infection or gastritis I'm really confused please suggest. thank you
