Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Can you attach a photo of the rash so that I am better able to help?
Fluid blisters on feet could be caused by bad, ill-fitting shoes. Also other causes can be there. I dont think candid will help. Will need to avoid the cause.

Brief Answer:
Seems staph or strep skin infection
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
This seems to be bullous impetigo or a similar problem, probably caused by staphylococcus or streptococcus. It could also be allergic dermatitis.
Diagnosis can be confirmed by examining a swab from lesions by microbiology lab and looking for bacteria.
You can wash it daily with soap and water. You can apply the hand sanitizer on it. You can also apply mupirocin ointment on it 3 times a day for 7 to 10 days. If it doesnot get better than an antibiotic like cephalexin can be taken after confirming the diagnosis.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
