Hello Doctor I Need To Check The Reports There Are

i need to check the reports there are three reports which are of diffrent months what are the differnce you can see
It seems you had an infection in september
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
From the report it seems that you had an infection or inflammation in september that is now recovering. The report in July is normal. The report in September had higher levels of immature granulocytes and atypical lymphocytes. It means that there was some infection. The report in October is showing higher lymphocytes. It is not worrisome until it goes beyond level of 4000. Probably the infection? is recovering. It needs to be corelated clinically. If there no symptoms clinically then there is no reason to worry.
Kindly send me details of your symptoms so that I am better able to help.
Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hemoglobin is 1 unit lower than previous
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I can see that the hemoglobin is one unit lower than previous but it is not of much relevance in current scenario unless it goes really low. If it goes really low then we need to look for causes like bone marrow or kidney problems.
As per October report, the infection seems in be lower than september but still some infection may be there. The increased lymphocytes are helping to get rid of any remaining infection.

New attached reports are normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
The newly attached reports are normal. Your liver, kidney, thyroid, lipid, urine analysis is normal. ESR is also normal so its not a long-term problem.
These reports collectively are not suggesting any source of infection. Even if the infection was there, it would have been a mild infection. So to find the infection we need to know your symptoms. For example weight loss, fatigue, fever, cough, pain ear, etc. If you did not have any such symptoms or any medicine intake, then you can safely ignore the reports or get a report from another laboratory (who are not aware of these reports). Then only something can be confirmed.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
