I have gone through your history and images and understand your concern.
It could be due to skin tag in my opinion but it can be warts also.

So I would suggest you go for further investigations and evaluation by your treating doctor for the same.

You should rule out the possibility of STD and get your HPV testing (if sexually active)
Please share more detail about your age and symptoms due to this, so I will be able to guide you accordingly.

The skin tag is usually harmless and does not need any treatment, if not bothering you, otherwise, we can remove it with cryotherapy.

Get your HPV testing separately because paps smear does not tell about HPV status (it is a type of viral testing)
