Brief Answer:
Further Clinical evaluation necessary...

Detailed Answer:
Hello there,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

Well, the numbness could be due to some nerve compression at the mid-lower back (intervertebral disk space) which usually runs downwards to the extremities...

Since there's numbness, you should get yourself checked up by an Orthopedics, a thorough clinical examination along with some relevant investigations (Lumbo-Sacral spinal X-ray, Metabolic profile assessment) may also be needed thereafter...Treatment will be depending on the findings...

Meanwhile, for symptomatic relief, take complete rest...avoid twisting/bending the back, sit in an upright posture and, refrain from any unsupervised exercises for the time being as well...

You may continue the Hifenac-P for another 2 days...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Follow-up consultation...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,

Yes, I've checked both the reports...Your symptoms are correlating with the MRI findings...

At this outset, it's recommended to follow-up with the Orthopedics from time to time as this will require long-term treatment (medical management includes medications to reduce pain and swelling, nutritional supplements, lumbar braces/belts along with physiotherapy may also be necessary)...

Do follow-up with the Orthopedics and proceed thereafter...

Take Care
Kind Regards
