Brief Answer:
probably swollen lymph node
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
In most cases, this is caused by swollen lymph nodes as a result of any infection, such as respiratory, skin infection or other. If I am right, it should pull back in few weeks.
However, if there is pain, redness and increase in size then it may be abscess or ateroma and then surgical removal is required under local anesthesia.
Third, if there is no improvement over time, you should do ultrasound with needle biopsy along with breast ultrasound to rule out some other issues.
Wish you good health. Regards
