i use to masterbate frequently and in my teens i de eloped a pain in my anus. it was a pain where i had a slight pain when i was walking and had a urge to urinate - it lasted years i use to go for a urine test and the doctor never found any bacteria and just dismissed anhtbjng was wrong with me.

Does this show that the sem vesicles or prostate are blocked?
My ejaculate is usually twice as that when I don't ejaculate for 2-3 days.
By the naked eye how many ml do you reckon that is and if there was any blockage it would be lower ejaculate?

ok- so just to reconfirm the ejaculate is actually 3 pictures of the same ejaculation.
from this is this normal? does this show that there could be any blocks with the epiddymis etc.
i do have a spermatocele and a little hydrocele. doctor said the hydro had dissapeared when i have signed my phone torch through the back of my testicle i cant see any water so this must have gone.

my worries are that in my young teens having this problem and carrying on masterbating, what if this had a physical defect on anything down below? i feel like this a fear i have developed and just keep worrying about the past.

When you mean sperm count cant ever be improved - what about following a healthy diet etc? and getting some tablets which give all the vital vitamins.
I have tried in house sperm tests - all giving different results. One was low, one looked like it had a line in the Control after 7 minutes waiting (but reagent spilled) would this have had any effect of pushing this over the line?
on one test instead of 6 drops i used about 9 drops - so basically i didnt follow the protocol - I can say is that sperm was present as it was a positive result.
My questions - have you had much experience with these in house tests?
what can i do about the worry and fear and to forget all the past as i want to start on a clean slate please give your advice.
