Hello, I Have Been Having Weird Lumps Around My Testicles

Question: hello, i have been having weird lumps around my testicles for some months now (thought it is due to my underwear always being tight beside them, now the lump has spread on my pelvis (i am not sure how to call it but the part about my penis) and it hurts now (didnt hurt before). Do you know what this could be?

Hello and thank you for your question Nelsonlasko . Hope I can be of help for you today. Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. For you have been having a lump around testicles and spreading to the other area at your pelvis and pain now it can be many causes some case not emergency some need emergency. In your case I recommend you to see your doctor right away because of symptoms of pain and spreading. In my practice I would do examination and ultrasound to rule out a hernia or infection or cancer. Testicle ultrasound is the diagnostic test of choice to evaluate a testicular lump or mass.
