Hello. I Have Noticed This Bump On My Upper Lip

Question: hello. i have noticed this bump on my upper lip today. it looks smaller than it actually is brcause i can feel a bigger mass when i touch it. it hurts only when i touch it. i am concerned because i read online you cant get pimples directly on the lip itself. i am worried that it could be hsv1. To me it looks and feels like a pimple. it even has a very small white head developing.
Brief Answer:
Looks like a cold sore.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the pictures.
The lesion looks like a cold sore (herpes labialis). Pimple is unlikely and an evolving canker sore is another possibility.
Is it fluid-filled? Is it associated with pain? Do you have symptoms like fever? or swollen nodes?
Please let me know above details so that I am better able to help.
