Brief Answer:
Probably esophageal stricture due to GERD.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Your symptoms seem to be related to dysphagia or difficulty in swallowing.
One of the common causes of difficulty in swallowing is esophageal stricture due to Gerd.
Acid reflux can irritate the esophageal lining, causing scars.
These scars cause difficulty in swallowing.
I suggest to repeat the endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.
The treatment consists in esophageal dilatation through a balloon or surgery.
Meanwhile, I suggest to continue using Gaviscon syrup to lower the acidity in the stomach.
I also recommend to use a liquid diet.
You should consult a gastrologist for further evaluation and a specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
