Question: hello, i was under extreme stress since Nov of last year. i now have muscle aches all over. i have increased sensitivity to temperature and also my hearing. i cant sleep; i have horrible brain fog and i cant seem to remeber things also i have acid reflux now as well. primary doctor thinks its all in my head. i have been suffering frim anxiety since november. i have numbness and tingling in my arms. all my test come back normal.

my history is severe arthritis in hip had a left hip replacement. moderate arthritis in cervical spine. im 45 yearold male. thank u

However since you have a history of hip and cervical arthritis, spondyloarthritis needs to be ruled out.
I hope you have undergone Hla b27 test for that.
if negative it seems like fibromyalgia, which needs tretment with medication like gabapentin/pregabalin.
regular physical exercises,physiotherapy/meditation will help.
