Brief Answer:
If it contains aspirin you should postpone surgery.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
There are different bc power some contain aspirin some acetaminophen. If you have been using the package containing aspirin,
I believe you have to postpone it with at least 5 days because it is anticoagulant and can cause bleeding during surgery.
If you took the bc powder containing acetaminophen you don't need to postpone surgery because it doesn't affect coagulation.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
It may lead to bleeding.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again .
I will think postponing surgery is necessary.
There is no way to take it of the system, it is out now but it's effects on blood thinning still continue for 7to10 days.
I see the photo you attached and it contains aspirin which inhibits the platelets to stick together causing the blood clot.
I understand that it is laser lipo and incision is small but I can't recommend you to get that risk. Anyway you can talk again to the doctor who will do the surgery for a better opinion.
