
Hello My Age Is 26, And My Shoulder Is Injured.

Question: hello my age is 26, and my shoulder is injured. i don't know exactly how it hot injured, as i play badminton, table tennis and do workout and do heavy weight lifting, so exactly cant say if it is injured due to bad Badminton smash or bad move in weight lift. so i was feeling light pain in my right shoulder from last one month a while doing shoulder workout. but from last two week, pain has increased and i feel so much pain while lifting weight. i have shown to orthopaedic dr and he took xray but it was normal and suggested IFC physiotherapy. i took one therapy and didn't show up for other as i was not sure if it can cure my pain. dr also gave two tablets for 5 days which are thiocolchicoside capsule and etoricoxib tablet and i took all in 5 days but dont see any relief. could you please guide me what should i do also i am doing ice massage on my shoulder 2 times a day and one hot water massage. i feel pain when i lift my side or in front like i attached picture ans in some movements also

If there is pain in the shoulder on doing work then it is recommend for you to rest your shoulder for a minimum of 1 week for it to heal.
If there is pain in shoulder even with no movement, you may have to continue physiotherapy.
Applying painkiller gel like volini or noble gel would provide temporary relief. Continue ice massage.
