Brief Answer:
Possible seborrhoeic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

There are different conditions that cause peeling skin on hands but since it is even on ears and nose I believe it can be seborrhoeic dermatitis or otherwise called dandruff or seborrhoeic eczema or seborrhoeic psoriasis. It may be caused by a yeast found in oil secretions of the skin or irregular immune response.
You can use corticosteroid cream such hydrocortisone cream or desonide or fluocinolone. Use them for a week or two.
Also antifungal creams such nisoral may help.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
