Brief Answer:
Visit a neurologist.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think the right side headache is not much related to previous history of injury taking count that you got examined by doctors and everything is fine.
I think this pain may be related to migraine.
You may need to do a visit to ophthalmologist to check your eyesight. You may need glasses . If the eyes are Ok and the pain doesn't relate to it , I think you may need to visit a neurologyst and possibly do an EEG. It is most likely to be migraine.
You can take antiinflammatory drugs such Advil or acetaminophen for headache.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:
Not enough evidence of tumour.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
There is not much evidence to think that it can be a tumor. Usually tumours have impaired vision, double vision, loss of balance, nausea vomiting etc.
