Brief Answer:
Probably symptoms related to anemia, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms of your daughter seem to be related to anemia.

If you can attach the blood work report it will help me better through the diagnosis.

I would also suggest you to do the ferritin blood level. It will help to understand how much iron is stored in the body.

I also recommend doing an electrophoresis of hemoglobin.

These examinations will help to understand the cause of anemia.

Meanwhile, I would recommend a diet rich in iron.

I suggest spinach, peas, lentils, white, red, and baked beans, soybeans and chickpeas.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further

Brief Answer:
Anemia due to iron deficiency based on the attached reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,

I already reviewed the attached reports.

I confirm that the symptoms are due to iron deficiency which cause anemia.

I recommend giving iron and vitamin C supplements. I suggest giving the supplements for three months regularly.

After three months the blood work should be repeated to see the results.

I also recommend to follow a diet rich in iron. You can include the foods that I mentioned above.

Hope my answer was helpful dear.

Take care,

Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi
