
Hello My Name Is XXXXXXX Im Overweight Have Hypertention And

Question: hello my name is XXXXXXX im overweight have hypertention and type 2 diabetes about 4 weeks ago i decided it was time to do something about it i walked with my grandkids to the park i did squats i got on the swing i even rode my granddaughter little scooter. the next day i had a strange pain in my upper buttock area and from then the pain came on gradually on my right side in my lower back butt and down the aide of my leg. i also get some numbness on the right side of my foot and heel. i walk normally with little to no pain but at night when i go from lying down to standing i get this horrible pain thats like stabbing going into my leg and butt its lime crippling i have went to the dr who didnt do much he gave me a shot in my arm something for inflamation that lasted for one day he also referred me to pain managment doctor who again did nothing im waiting fir my insurance to approve a mri meanwhile i cant sleep im in so much pain please help also i had 3 herniated disc in my lower back about six years ago from a work related injury not sure if it can be connected

i need answers to my orevious question
