Question : hello, my power in both left and right eye is 6. But over years my power has been slightly increasing. I want to undergo Lasik next year. is it safe to undergo with an increase in power? how to keep it constant

It is unsafe to undergo lasik if your power is changing

Detailed Answer:
Hey thanks for the question . Lasik is done at the refractive error aka power you have at that time and if your power is changing then you will have to wear spectacles of the residual power so purpose of lasik is defeated . There is no sure way of keeping it constant but if it has been stable for six months chances of it changing are very less . Regards
