Brief Answer:
Yes, further tests are needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice

You are feeling excessively drowsy and have no other reported symptoms. You will need to have some lifestyle changes alongwith laboratory tests. Only nutritious food is not enough, we must also have an active lifestyle and do some walk, running, gym, yoga, breathing techniques.

Basic blood tests need to be done under guidance of a doctor including complete blood count, liver function test, thyroid function test, kidney function test, serum electrolytes, vitamin B12 and D levels.
Any additional tests will be needed according to symptoms.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
