Question: hello sir
i am facing haedache. i am feeling like some one has suppressed my headache.
thoughts are coming freuently due to i am facing bharipaan at headache.
for emergency i am using nexoderm 500. plesae suugest at morning , iam also facing bharipaan. tension can be resaon due to personal reason i have. i is for last 2 weeks

I understand your concern. You are likely having Tension type headache. If you are having headache on a regular basis, you may start taking Tab. Amitriptyline 10 mg bedtime everyday.Further, start doing regular meditation and yoga as that will help a lot.

Naproxen(Naxdom 500) can be taken only if you have bad headache. It should not be taken on a regular basis.
