Is it underneath the foreskin or external shaft?Smegma is seen underneath foreskin over the penile head.
Just wipe the area during diaper changes and rinse with warm, soapy water at bath time. Do not pull back the foreskin of an infant as it can cause pain and minor skin abrasions. Daily wash with soap and water will be enough for most cases.

Proper cleaning will be enough in most cases. If there is persistent infection or difficulty in retracting the foreskin ( phimosis), surgical intervention probably circumcision may be required.

Sir may 1 year baby circumcision is more complicated. How much time the wound will be healed.. May 1 year baby circumcision of foreskin possible easily if smegma cryst inside penis and foreskin is not retracted.
