Hello, So I've Been Feeling Unwell For A While Now.

Question: hello, so I've been feeling unwell for a while now. And doctors havent been able to find out why. i get bloated right after waking up i feel like a bump or a bubble under my right rib cage which makes me belch. i dnt have heartburn but i get weird gassy burps. when i massage under my right rib cage it doesnt really hurt and its not visible on top of my skin. i have to mention that i get yellow stools, loose and diahrrea most of the time. My arms are getting skinnier specially my triceps. my arms get numb at night. random night sweats. brain fog is causing depression amd anxiety!! something is wrong with me!!! im only 23 i had ct scans which revealed a fatty liver thats all. im having doubts tho. endoscopies which revealed nothing. colonscopy normal had my gallbladder removed but i was feeling ill before and still feel the same after. xrays normal ultrasounds normal blood work normal except for slightly elvated liver enzymes which doctor is checking for hepatitis and stool test for h pylori and parasites.

The tests that you have scheduled seem appropriate. Moreover, you could have small bowel bacterial overgrowth. I suggest you have a breath test at your doctor's and possibly antibiotics. In the meantime you could try simethicone for symptomatic relief.
