Brief Answer:
Hyperthyroidism causes fatigue and muscle weakness.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Taking count that all your blood tests are normal, despite high thyroid levels, this can be the reason for your symptoms.
High thyroid levels can cause fatigue and muscle weakness.
Taking anti-thyroid-hormone medications and keeping thyroid hormones under control can help you with symptoms.
Also you should get checked for iron deficiency anemia because it also can be a cause of fatigue.
You should check thyroid hormone levels and blood count every 6 months as your doctor recommended.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
