Usually the ovulation takes place by the fourteenth day of the cycle irrespective of the cycle duration. The ovum will be fertile up to two to three days following ovulation. So the one whom with you had intercourse on day 13 to day 17 will be the biological father.
Onlinr calculators are quite reliable.
You can opt for a DNA test for confirmation.

Ovulation takes place around fourteenth day irrespective of the cycle length.
In people with long cycle, the second half ( post ovulation) is lengthier not the first.
These are under control of the hormones and thus slight delay or changes are possible.
