Brief Answer:
Head MRI.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen your test results and here is my opinion.

Your Thyroid test results are all within the range. This means that the thyroid gland can be excludes as potential cause of your symptoms.

YOu have high FSH,High estrogen and borderline low Testosteron level(for your young age). This hormone results can be correlated with hypogonadism.
But the result of testicular scan report,do not correspond with this diagnosis.

At the other side you have a high level of Prolactin hormone.(This is the most important element in this hormone panel,in my opinion)

Normally, men and nonpregnant women have just small traces of prolactin in their blood. When you have high levels, this could be caused by: Prolactinoma (a benign tumor in your pituitary gland that produces too much prolactin)
In these circumstances,if you were my patient,i will suggest to do a head Magnetic resonance imaging.
MRI is the most sensitive test for detecting and measuring prolactinomas.

Hope this is helpful.
Wish you good health.

Brief Answer:
T level is within the range.

Detailed Answer:
HI again

Your Testosteron level is not very low.
It s within the range of the laboratory.

The “normal” or healthy level of testosterone in the bloodstream varies widely, depending on thyroid function, age, protein status, and other factors.

Testosterone levels reach their peak around age 18 or 19 before declining throughout the remainder of adulthood.
You are 23 years old,and your T level should be near the upper limit of the normal range.
Your actual result is near the lower limit of the range and this can explain your symptoms(fatigue, low libido, changes in sleep pattern)

Anyway, the Testosteron result is not too low, because it is still within the range.
The head MRI is neccesary to understand better your situation.

Hope i have clarified your doubts.
Best regards.

yes i understand, also previously it was lower than this but i started workout and eating healthy ,it actually went from 2.1 to 5.1 ng/mg hopefully it should reach thr maximun soon

do you think that my high prolactine might be due to less rest ,could this be the problem maybe if i rest more everything would balance back

the level of my T is gradually moving higher to its normal as it was severly low previously but now it is 5.1ng/mg ,hopefully with my exercise it will get to 8.3sooner or later by Gods grace, now am concerned about thhe other hormonal imbalancies might something as little as rest be distrupting them?

i have rest but dont feel very rested ,it feels like my body always needs more rest

or is there anything wrong in my brain or gland?

i thank you for your swift responses,i am very glad

Brief Answer:
Prolactinoma is a possible culpit.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
As i said, the most commos cause of high prolactine level in your body is Prolactinoma.

As prolactin is regulated by dopamine , medications that interfere with this substance in the brain can cause elevated prolactin levels.
An underactive thyroid or inadequate thyroid hormone replacement can also raise prolactin levels, as can kidney disease, stress, and chest trauma.
-Sleep deprivation or restless,of course can affect all your hormones but in my opinion this is not the root cause of your hyperprolactinemia.

For this reason a head MRI is necessary,in your case.

-About the T level ,apart "Get Plenty of Restful, High-Quality Sleep",there are some other evidence-based ways to increase your testosterone levels naturally.
Exercise and Lift Weights;Minimize Stress;Eat Protein, Fat and Carbs;Get Some Sun or Take a Vitamin D Supplement.

-Hypercalcemia can cause excessive urination and thirst.
Yes,you should check your Calcium level to clarifie your situation.

Let me know the result of MRI and calcium level and i will be happy to guide you further.
Wish you all the best.
