Brief Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. It can be due to vasovagal attack

Detailed Answer:
Hii. Welcome to the healthcare services. It can be due to vasovagal attack due to fluctuations of blood pressure, blood sugar, or due to any ear related vertigo problems. Check your blood pressure, sugar. Drink more fluids. Consult a Ent specialist any time u r free. Still then you can take tablet vertin. Take steam inhalation and fluticasone nasal spray. Get an Ecg and Echocardiogram done to rule out any cardiac abnormality. Please review with the reports. Take care.

Brief Answer:
These are the turbinates.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I saw the picture. These are the turbinates. The turbinates are similar and slightly congested.

These are not swellings. These are normal structures. So don't panic.

I suggested the saline spray earlier to decrease the allergic inflammation of the nose. Continue taking steam inhalation. No need for any surgery, please don't worry.

Feel free to ask further.
