Brief Answer:
I need some blood sugar
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Glucomet is used to treat type 2 diabetes. It contains metformin hydrochloride which increases insulin secretion and reduces blood glucose levels.
If Metformine cause gastrointestinal issues,it is better if you avoid this drug.
There are a lot of other antidiabetic drugs that can be helpful to normalise your father's diabetes.
In his circumtances(after angioplasty and STENT)it is better to use insulin.
Let me know some recent blood sugar results(fasting and 2h after meals)and i can guide you further.
Wish you good health.
