Brief Answer:
difficult to differentiate...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern. But unfortunately sitting at the other end of a computer without an opportunity to examine cardiovascular system I have very limited scope to differentiate your condition. Therefore we are in no position to say if you have gastritis or any other issue.

But if you are able to perform daily physical activities and are able to climb flight of stairs without worsening of chest pain, it is less likely to be a cardiac pain. Further if you wish you might also get an ECG which will allow us to known if it's a cardiac or non cardiac chest pain.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
