You are having few symptoms only fever and tiredness but nothing else so it is difficult to suppose what can it be .
It can be a viral infection and you can write me back if you develop any other symptoms. Write me also how much was the fever.
Meanwhile take acetaminophen for fever.

Thanks no fever right now because i took tylenol i am on lowsarten dose it make any deference
