Question: hi I cut the base of my penis with a trimmer then about 5 hours later had sex with a sex worker with a condom on but not sure if it covered the cut and if any vaginal fluid got on the cut while penetration took place is this a cause for concern thanks

If the cut was fresh oozing blood or serous discharge and the partner has any STD's then yes, there is chance where you can contract the infection.

Hepatitis B, Herpes and HIV are ones which can be transmitted by that route.

If the cut was dry enough not to ooze blood r any fluid then the chances are meager.
