Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for choosing this platform

I have read the query and do understand your concern.
Cavities are mainly but not always is related to eating too sugary substances and poor oral hygiene.
I will try to make you understand the underlying reason of Cavities in simple way.
It is well known that our mouth harbours a good amount of bacteria. Sugary substances being sticky in nature adhere to teeth and in presence of bacteria it gets converted to acidic substance. This is called plaque. This plaque initially forms caries and damages enamel (the hard covering of tooth). And if not treated or taken care of early then this changes to Cavities. Cavities make the teeth weak can break the tooth.
Most of the time early treatment, decreasing intake of sugary substances, rinsing mouth properly after intake of any food item, brushing teeth properly helps in further progression.
Vitamin d, calcium supplementation helps if there is significant deficiency. Also brushing with fluoridated paste helps in decreasing Cavities on some cases.
Sometimes vitamin D or calcium deficiency, fluoride deficiency can also cause Cavities.

Please attach the vitamin d and calcium report so that I can assess the severity of condition.
I would request you to consult a dentist for further management like filling, capping, bridging if needed.
I hope this helps
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Thanks and regards
