Hii. Your history is insufficient to come to a diagnosis. Can you elaborate more in your symptoms? Are you having ear fullness? It can be due to ear wax, due to acute ear infection like otitis media, accumulation of fluid behind the ear in serous otits media. It can be due to cold and vough leading to allergic thin and eustachian tube dysfunction. So you need to describe your symptoms more if there is any discharge from ear, hearing loss, any cold in the nose leading to nose block. So you need to elaborate more or visit an ent surgeon. Start a nasoclear nose if you are having nose block. Get a hearing test done if you are having ear block. Review with more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hii. You need to consult an Ent surgeon. There are many common causes for ear fullness. It can due to wax. It can be due to any ear infection. But as there is no discharge so it is less likely to be ear infection. It can be due to accumulation of clear fluid behind middle part of ear due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Eustachian tube maintains pressure change between middle part of ear and atmosphere. In cold eustachian tube gets congested and fails to function properly and so fluid gets accumlated behind the ear. For this reason you can get ear fullness. Another common reason is nerve weakness. So you need to do two test, pure tone audiogram and impedance audiogram. By these tests we can get idea about nerve weakness and accumulation of fluid behind ear. For now you can start fluticasone nasal spray, antiallergic tablet levocetrizine, decongestant nasivion nose drop. Take steam inhalation. With the help of these eustachian tube decongestion can be done and it can reduce ear fullness. Please review if you have any queries.
