Hi
I saw the Blood and Urine Reports.
If there is a single problem,I can suggest Medicine.But,he is having multiple issues.
1.He is having raised Blood Urea,Serum Creatinine ,Uric acid levels.The reason for this has to be investigated as Kidneys are not functioning properly
2.TSH is also elevated.He needs Thyroxine tablet orally.
3.Serum Triglycerides are also elevated.He needs medication for this too.
4.He is slightly anaemic.
His blood sugar levels are normal.
Blood pressure is also under control
You should take him to a General physician,get examined clinically, investigate further if needed and take appropriate prescription.

Raised Serum Creatinine is a Serious problem.You should consult a Nephrologist.If Nephrologist is not available in your area, consult a General Physician with MD degree.
