Brief Answer:
It's he to depletion of normal intestinal flora(lactobacilli)

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mmondics06,
Thank you for asking. I have read it &understand your query.
You already have Crohns disease...which seems to have triggered by the enema..( given to disimpact the fecal impaction.) The physical stress has caused fever)&washing out of healthy gut bacteria (lactobacilli) has caused digestive problems like pain.
Lactobacilli act to protect normality of intestinal activity &prevent growth of bad bacteria .
At this moment you need to control the inflammation &possibly infection and also gastric inflammation causing acidity.(As you have pain following eating, acidity is more possible.)
*self care consists of eating non spicy & bland food.Eat small servings more frequently .cold milk soothes the pain of acidity.
- Drink sufficient boiled water.
-Suck simple antacid pill over the counter (Gelucil)
- Usual anti inflammatory medicine prescribed to you ,can be taken . (like Tab. Sulfasalazine ..over the counter)
- Suplimenting normal intestinal flora (lactobacilli ) would hasten healing.Try Sporlac granules over the counter.
**In case there is no relief Or if the pain increases.. you need a doctor's help for injectable (steroid)after assessing your health .Doctor may get you investigated to know more details of the cause followed by cause specific medication.&management.
please consult your treating doctor for needful investigations to find exact part of intestines affected followed by specific management.
I hope that answers your query.Anyfollow up question is welcome.
Thank you.
