Brief Answer:
Urticaria, antihistaminic and calamine lotion

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.

It seems to be urticaria which is an allergic reaction.

In my patients, I would recommend to take antihistaminic like tablet Levocetirizine 10mg twice daily and apply calamine lotion (Calosoft AF lotion) on the affected areas twice daily for 1 week.

This will help in resolving your problem.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

If have already taken levocetrizine 10mg and its not working then you go for a tablet containing combination of levocetrizine and montelukast ( tablet montair LC) one tablet twice daily for 10 days.
